UK Delivery

Orders less than 2kg in weight will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order, although in most cases it will be quicker. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via courier (unless requested). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order, although in most cases it will be quicker. Generally a signature is not required for the delivery of your goods; if you are unable to take delivery of the goods please provide us with details of a secure location, such as a neighbour. After three attempted deliveries your order will be automatically returned to the post office. If you are unable to take delivery of your order a card will be left with details of attempted delivery.

Overseas Delivery

Orders less than 2kg in weight will be sent via Airmail which is quoted as up to 21 day delivery. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via courier who quote up to 7 working days delivery. This may be longer, if your address is classed as 'rural' by the courier, who may add an additional surcharge on delivery. A signature will be required.

Fancy That of London Ltd. cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the hamper, refuse the parcel or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Christmas

For smaller orders, Royal Mail has informed us to expect delays to all parcel deliveries during December, so if your item is urgent it would be worth ringing the store on 0044 2074861029 or emailing us to find out whether you are likely to get your parcel in time. Larger orders will be sent via courier so are guaranteed.

As of 10th December we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas for customers outside the EU. However if your order is large enough (over £40 delivery charge) it will be sent via courier and parcels will still make it up until 18th December.
